Chen Gonghui, male, born April 1973, holds an LLM from South China University of Technology. He is currently a Senior Partner at Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm. With twenty-three years of practical experience in economic crime investigation within the public security system, Chen has established a legal team and handled hundreds of criminal cases primarily involving commercial crime, positional crime, entrepreneur (executive) crime, financial securities and insurance crime, contract fraud crime, environmental crime, and criminal-civilian intersections. Yang Lun graduated from Sun Yat-sen University Law School and Vanderbilt University Law School, receiving a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws respectively. Since entering practice, he has long focused on foreign-related corporate and commercial legal services, intellectual property, and cross-border dispute resolution. He is a Guangdong foreign-related lawyer rising talent and Deputy Secretary-General of the Haizhu Branch of the Guangzhou Western Returned Scholars Association. He has provided corporate and commercial legal services to well-known multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and leading private enterprises, including outbound investment, labor and employment, intellectual property protection, and data compliance. For enterprise overseas expansion, he serves as a researcher at the Long An Bay Area ASEAN Law Research Center and has built extensive cooperation networks in the United States, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and other key Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
