石容臻 SHI Rongzhen

石容臻律师，北京市隆安（深圳）律师事务所合伙人，隆安深圳知识产权委员会副主任，法律硕士，专利代理师，企业合规师（高级）。北海仲裁委员会/北海国际仲裁院仲裁员，北海市知识产权行政保护技术调查官，深圳市坪山区商事调解院调解员，南宁市知识产权保护中心智库专家，深圳市福田区维德法律服务中心讲师。获聘天健小学、益强小学、百花小学、红岭实验中学、螺岭外国语实验等学校校外法治辅导员，授课学生超5000余人次。 自执业起，为多家政府机构提供法律服务，参与专项调研、出具法律意见书、评审意见、代理行政复议、行政诉讼、进行法律培训等工作。并常年担任上市公司、国企、房地产等大型企业法律顾问，擅长处理公司经营日常法律事务、股权纠纷、知识产权、商事诉讼、仲裁等，具有丰富的法律实务经验。

Shi Rongzhen is a Partner at Beijing Long An (Shenzhen) Law Firm and Deputy Director of the Long An Shenzhen Intellectual Property Committee. He holds a Master of Laws and is a patent agent and Senior Corporate Compliance Professional. He is an arbitrator of the Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai International Arbitration Court, a technical investigator for intellectual property administrative protection in Beihai, a mediator of the Shenzhen Pingshan Commercial Mediation Court, a think-tank expert of the Nanning Intellectual Property Protection Center, and a lecturer of the Shenzhen Futian Weide Legal Service Center. He has also been appointed as an external rule-of-law counselor for several schools and has taught more than 5,000 students. Since entering practice, he has provided legal services to multiple government agencies, participated in special research, issued legal opinions and review opinions, represented administrative reconsideration and litigation matters, and conducted legal training. He also serves as perennial legal counsel to listed companies, state-owned enterprises, real estate companies and other major enterprises, and is experienced in daily corporate operations, equity disputes, intellectual property, commercial litigation and arbitration.
