Liu Xiaoming is an Executive Partner at Long An (Beijing) Law Firm with twenty-five years of legal practice, during which he has represented a large number of non-litigation and litigation cases. His publications include "Rational Market Economy and Protection of Chinese Private Capital" (Law Press), "Commercial Contract Risks and Prevention" (Law Press), "Real Estate and Engineering Practice" (Law Press), and "Citizen Litigation Guide" (Law Press). He has published dozens of legal articles in journals including Xinhua Digest, Law Digest (China Renmin University copy of newspapers and periodicals), Business Law, Learning and Exploration, and Academic Exchange. His primary focus is corporate, securities, commercial litigation, and domestic and foreign investment and merger legal practice and research. He has accumulated substantial legal practice experience and has extensive experience providing legal services for domestic and foreign enterprises and large energy and investment projects. He has long studied corporate governance structures of state-owned and private enterprises and the legal status and protection of private capital, and serves as legal counsel and independent director for dozens of central enterprises, listed companies, and foreign-invested companies.
