邓志豪 DENG Zhihao

邓志豪律师系中国人民大学法学硕士，现为北京市隆安（深圳）律师事务所知识产权专业委员会副主任，具有律师和专利代理师双执业资格。邓律师曾入选广东省商标品牌指导示范站专家库专家、广东省律协涉外知识产权与信息安全法律专业委员会委员、广东省涉外律师先锋人才、深圳市涉外律师领军人才、深圳市知识产权专家库专家、中国（深圳）知识产权保护中心海外知识产权维权援助专家、深圳市律协商标法律专业委员会委员以及广州市会展和数字经济知识产权保护中心专家库专家。 邓律师自2008年开始从事知识产权法律服务工作，累计已代理国内外专利、商标、著作权以及不正当竞争等领域在内的各类知识产权纠纷案件超1200件，其代理的案件曾经获得2018年“佛山市南海区首批十大知识产权保护案例”，所在团队曾入选广东省“2022年度知识产权诉讼工作优秀团队”，其曾经服务过的客户包括：唯品会、迪卡侬以及维达纸业等中外知名企业。除具有丰富的执业经验以外，邓律师还在《中华商标》《知产力》《知产前沿》以及《The Trademark Lawyer》等中外媒体上发表过专业文章十余篇。

Deng Zhihao holds a Master of Laws from Renmin University of China and is Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of Beijing Long An (Shenzhen) Law Firm. He is qualified as both an attorney and patent agent. He has been selected as an expert of the Guangdong Trademark Brand Guidance Demonstration Station, a member of the Guangdong Lawyers Association Foreign-Related Intellectual Property and Information Security Law Professional Committee, a Guangdong foreign-related lawyer pioneer talent, a Shenzhen leading foreign-related lawyer, a Shenzhen intellectual property expert, an overseas intellectual property rights protection assistance expert of the China (Shenzhen) Intellectual Property Protection Center, a member of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association Trademark Law Professional Committee, and an expert of the Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition and Digital Economy Intellectual Property Protection Center. Since 2008, he has worked in intellectual property legal services and has represented more than 1,200 domestic and foreign disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition and related areas. His matters have received honors including the 2018 first group of Top Ten Intellectual Property Protection Cases in Nanhai District, Foshan, and his team was selected as a 2022 Outstanding Intellectual Property Litigation Team in Guangdong Province. His clients include VIPSHOP, Decathlon, Vinda Paper and other well-known Chinese and foreign enterprises. He has also published more than ten professional articles in Chinese Trademark, IP Force, China IP Frontiers, The Trademark Lawyer and other media.
