杨仑律师先后毕业于中山大学法学院和美国范德堡大学法学院，分别获法学学士和法学硕士学位。自执业以来，长期专注于涉外公司商事法律服务、知识产权及跨境争议解决法律服务。杨仑律师现为广东省律师协会涉外律师新锐人才，并担任广州欧美同学会海珠分会副秘书长。 杨仑律师曾经或正在为多家知名跨国公司、大型国有企业和知名民营企业，提供公司商事相关的法律服务，包括公司对外投资、劳动人事、知识产权保护及数据合规事宜。在企业出海方面，杨仑律师现为隆安湾区东盟法律研究中心研究员，在美国、新加坡、澳大利亚、新西兰、泰国、越南等多个亚太地区主要国家建立了丰富的合作服务网络。加入隆安律师事务所之前，杨仑律师曾在两家国内领先的精品律师事务所工作。
Yang Lun graduated from Sun Yat-sen University Law School and Vanderbilt University Law School, receiving a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws respectively. Since entering practice, he has long focused on foreign-related corporate and commercial legal services, intellectual property, and cross-border dispute resolution. He is a Guangdong foreign-related lawyer rising talent and Deputy Secretary-General of the Haizhu Branch of the Guangzhou Western Returned Scholars Association. He has provided corporate and commercial legal services to well-known multinational companies, large state-owned enterprises and leading private enterprises, including outbound investment, labor and employment, intellectual property protection, and data compliance. For enterprise overseas expansion, he serves as a researcher at the Long An Bay Area ASEAN Law Research Center and has built extensive cooperation networks in the United States, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and other key Asia-Pacific jurisdictions. Before joining Long An, he worked at two leading boutique law firms in China.
