于瑶 YU Yao

于瑶律师，北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所合伙人、广州市律师协会反垄断与反不正当竞争法律专业委员会委员。在网络游戏、计算机软件、著作权、商标、互联网不正当竞争等领域拥有丰富经验，先后处理腾讯公司、莉莉丝公司、微软公司、Unity公司等上百家互联网企业诉讼及合规事宜，参与经办了近10件行业首案，处理了多起行为禁令等疑难复杂纠纷。所办案件连续多年获得广州市律师协会业务成果奖，并多次获得最高人民法院、高级人民法院以及各个协会的典型案例。

Yu Yao is a Partner at Beijing Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm and a member of the Antitrust and Anti-Unfair Competition Law Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. She has rich experience in online games, computer software, copyright, trademarks, and internet unfair competition. She has handled litigation and compliance matters for Tencent, Lilith Games, Microsoft, Unity and more than one hundred internet enterprises, participated in nearly ten industry-first cases, and handled multiple difficult and complex disputes involving conduct injunctions. Her cases have received Guangzhou Lawyers Association professional achievement awards for consecutive years and have repeatedly been selected as typical cases by the Supreme People’s Court, higher people’s courts, and various associations.
