Huang Qiuping holds a master's degree in international law from Sichuan University, where she received a National Third-Class Scholarship during her studies and participated in multiple research projects supervised by her advisor. During her legal practice, she has extensive experience in labor dispute representation,常年 legal counsel services for state-owned enterprises, non-performing asset disposal special legal services, and civil and commercial litigation representation.
