罗韵瑜 LUO Yunyu

罗韵瑜律师，北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所合伙人、房产部副部长，隆安全国建设工程与房地产法律专业委员会委员，毕业于中国政法大学和中国人民大学，本科期间曾公派至荷兰鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学法学院留学深造。罗律师曾在法院从事审判实务工作，具有多年公职经验，此后在外资大型地产集团负责城市更新法律合规工作，从事律师职业后于房地产与城市更新律师团队执业，熟悉城市更新、房地产全流程开发、尽职调查与投并购、建设工程、物业租售、企业法律合规、涉外法律业务等法律实务，具有扎实的法律理论功底和丰富的法律实务经验。 罗律师曾为政府、村集体、产权人、地方国企及央企、开发商、金融机构、前期服务企业提供各类法律服务，参与广深莞超过50个房地产/城市更新项目，同时担任多家单位的常年法律顾问，为多家单位及行业协会提供专业培训。此外，罗律师深入钻研中企出海业务，曾受贸促会、土耳其贸易部及土耳其驻广州总领事馆邀请为过百名企业家作出海土耳其的法律实务分享，并与土耳其、香港、新加坡等地相关机构建立紧密合作关系，致力于为企业及企业家出海提供专业服务。

Luo Yunyu is a Partner and Deputy Director of the Real Estate Department at Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm, and a member of the National Construction Engineering and Real Estate Law Professional Committee of Long An. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and Renmin University of China, and studied abroad at Erasmus University Rotterdam Law School in the Netherlands during her undergraduate studies under a government scholarship. Attorney Luo previously worked in courts on trial practice for many years and has public service experience. She later worked on urban renewal legal compliance for a large foreign real estate group. After becoming a lawyer, she practiced in real estate and urban renewal legal teams, familiar with legal practice in urban renewal, full-process real estate development, due diligence and investment and acquisition, construction engineering, property leasing and sales, corporate legal compliance, and foreign-related legal business. She has solid legal theoretical foundation and rich legal practice experience. Attorney Luo has provided various legal services to government bodies, village collectives, property owners, local state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, developers, financial institutions, and early-stage service enterprises, participating in over 50 real estate/urban renewal projects in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan. She also serves as standing legal counsel for multiple units and provides professional training for various units and industry associations. Additionally, Attorney Luo has deeply studied outbound business for Chinese enterprises and has been invited by the China Council for the Promotion of Trade, the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Turkish Consulate General in Guangzhou to share legal practice on going to Turkey with over a hundred entrepreneurs, and has established close cooperative relationships with relevant institutions in Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other places, committed to providing professional services for enterprises and entrepreneurs going abroad.
