谢昕 XIE Xin

谢昕律师，北京市隆安（广州）律师事务所高级合伙人，现任广东省法学会网络与电子商务法学研究会理事、广东省律师协会粤港澳大湾区工作委员会委员、跨境电商专业委员会委员，广州市律协大湾区与自贸区专业委副主任，隆安湾区东盟法律研究中心专家顾问，并受聘为多个仲裁机构仲裁员。从业以来，谢律师一直专注于公司治理结构、跨境投资及电子商务与物流、商事诉讼等专业方向，业务范围涵盖新加坡、马来西亚、越南等东盟国家及港澳地区，能够及时为机构、企业的跨境交流、投资合作提供支持。具有丰富的谈判经验及良好的沟通能力，擅长通过多种纠纷解决方式维护客户利益。服务客户包括省级政府部门、国有银行、大型央企、国有金融企业等。

Xie Xin is a Senior Partner at Beijing Long An (Guangzhou) Law Firm. She serves as a council member of the Guangdong Law Society Network and E-Commerce Law Research Association, a member of the Guangdong Lawyers Association Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Working Committee and Cross-Border E-Commerce Professional Committee, Deputy Director of the Greater Bay Area and Free Trade Zone Professional Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, an expert consultant to the Long An Bay Area ASEAN Law Research Center, and an arbitrator appointed by several arbitration institutions. She focuses on corporate governance structures, cross-border investment, e-commerce and logistics, and commercial litigation. Her work covers Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and other ASEAN countries as well as Hong Kong and Macao, enabling timely support for cross-border exchanges, investment and cooperation.
