赖冠能律师，现任北京市隆安（深圳）律师事务所高级合伙人，深圳市律师协会证券法律专业委员会主任、深圳市法学会证券法学研究会理事、赣江新区国际仲裁院仲裁员，专注于证券金融、破产重整、公司商事等诉讼及非诉讼实务研究。赖冠能律师主持撰写《证券诉讼法律实务——以大数据分析为视角》一书，获得一线法官、律师和专家学者的高度认可，并开设微信公众号“证券金融诉讼实务”，发表证券诉讼领域文章数十万字。

Lai Guanneng is currently a Senior Partner at Long An (Shenzhen) Law Firm, Director of the Securities Law Professional Committee of Shenzhen Bar Association, a member of the Securities Law Research Society of Shenzhen Law Society, and an arbitrator at Ganjiang New District International Arbitration Institute. He focuses on securities finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, and corporate commercial litigation and non-litigation practice research. Attorney Lai led the writing of "Securities Litigation Legal Practice—From a Big Data Analysis Perspective," which received high recognition from front-line judges, lawyers, and experts. He also operates the WeChat public account "Securities Financial Litigation Practice" and has published hundreds of thousands of words of articles in the field of securities litigation.
