Mr. Liang Hongxuan is a Director and Partner of Long An Trust Company Limited and Long An Corporate Services Company Limited. He holds qualifications as a nationally certified Senior Family Office Architect and Instructor for professional core competence, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP-TEP), and a Certified Trust Practitioner (CTP) from the Hong Kong Trust Institute. Mr. Liang has over ten years of extensive experience in international trust and family office fields, having served as compliance and anti-money laundering consultant for multiple licensed institutions and helping many families, listed companies, and institutions establish comprehensive family trust and structure plans. Mr. Liang has diverse professional qualifications including a master's degree in business quantitative analysis and a master's degree in law, an ACAMS-certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and International Sanctions Compliance Specialist, and a China Securities Market Regulatory Compliance Consultant qualification, demonstrating his professional capability in domestic regulatory and compliance areas. He also holds the Certified Professional Wealth Manager (CPWM) and other professional certifications, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in policy research. Mr. Liang and his team primarily provide professional services in family office building, family trust establishment, wealth inheritance planning, cross-border asset allocation, and compliance and risk management. They also serve as partners and shareholders of trust companies, family offices, and insurance brokerage companies, providing clients with comprehensive wealth management and protection solutions.
